INGREDIENTS

Lauramidopropyl Betaine, Water, Sodium Laurylglucosides Hydroxypropylsulfonate, Gluconolactone, Glycerin, Sodium Hydroxide, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Lactic Acid, PEG-150 Distearate, Sodium Hydroxymethylglycinate, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf, Citric Acid

All ingredients were researched on the Environmental Working Group’s website (EWG.org). Sodium Hydroxymethylglycinate was the only ingredient that posed a possible health threat. “Sodium hydroxymethylglycinate is an antimicrobial preservative that works by forming formaldehyde in cosmetic products. People exposed to such formaldehyde-releasing ingredients may develop a formaldehyde allergy or an allergy to the ingredient itself” http://www.ewg.org/skindeep/ingredient/706077/SODIUM_HYDROXYMETHYLGLYCINATE_(FORMALDEHYDE_RELEASER)/#

MY REVIEW

I use the Facial Wash in conjunction with my Spa Sonic Skincare System. I simply apply the cleanser to the brush and exfoliate thoroughly for about 2 minutes. The face wash lightly foams, and after use my skin feels so clean and fresh. I find makeup on my skincare brush that I thought I had gotten off with makeup removing wipes. It keeps my oil at bay throughout the day and has helped with the few pimples that I occasionally get.

PROS

  • Skin feels deeply cleaned and refreshed
  • Keeps oil and acne away
  • Feels great on skin and washes off easily

CONS

  • None that I have found

I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking to find a gentle cleanser that leaves your skin feeling clean and refreshed, and help control oil and acne.
