MY REVIEW

The lipstick has such great color payoff, it only took one coat to achieve a dark and even shade across my lips. It smells good, but the scent is a tad strong, and lasts a while. It also stayed on better than I expected. I am used to using matte lipstick for their staying power, but those also dry out my lips and make them chapped. This lipstick did not smudge nearly as much as I expected it to, and it also kept my lips moisturized.

The nail polish dried quickly and it only took one coat to evenly spread across my nails. I really dig the flat brush which makes it much easier to apply the polish evenly. Also, huge bonus, it took about 2-3 days before the polish around the tips of my fingernails began to chip.

These two products are great quality for the price, and they are such fun colors!!

About Katie Pierce

My name is Katie and I graduated from the University of Kansas in 2012 with a B.G.S. in the History of Art, and a minor in Applied Behavioral Science. Currently I am working as a substitute teacher from grades preK to 12th grade. This job is fun, but my favorite job is being a wife to my husband, Stephen, who is a Paramedic. On our days off we like to go on runs with our beautiful American Eskimo, cook together, venture off to local breweries, and personalize our new home. -Not all in one day though ;) You can visit my blog at http://www.diylifeaftercollege.com for some diy tutorials and recipes.
